Need help with your account, billing, technical issues, or general questions about AI Companion? Our support team is here to help.

You may delete your AI Companion account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your profile, chat history, preferences, and associated personal data, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

AI Companion offers a free tier with access to core chat features. Premium plans may include unlimited messaging, exclusive AI companions, voice features, and early access to new releases.

Purchases made through Google Play or other app stores are managed by the respective store. For billing issues, refunds, or subscription cancellations, you may also contact the app store support linked to your purchase.

• Sign-in issues: If Google Sign-In fails, try updating the app, clearing cache, or using another supported sign-in method.
• Missing chats: Make sure you are signed into the same account used previously.
• App crashes: Update to the latest version and restart your device.
• Report abuse: Email support with details and screenshots where possible.
